Will my order arrive by Christmas?

Yes, if you order by December 8. Most US orders arrive within 6–14 days. Orders placed after December 8 may arrive after Christmas.

How do I find my size?

Our dresses come from different brands, and sizes can be a little different from brand to brand. Please check the size chart in the photos or description on each dress page. If you are between two sizes, we suggest the larger size. Still not sure? Email us at hello@klhom.shop with the dress name and your measurements and we will help.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 6–14 days of ordering. We currently ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on US orders of $30 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

What deals do you have?

Buy 2 dresses, save 10%. Buy 3 or more girls' dresses, save 15%. Buy 2 or more from our Mommy & Me Christmas collection, save 15%. Discounts apply automatically at checkout, and the best one is used (they don't stack).

Why did my order come in more than one package?

Our dresses ship from different warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Can I return or exchange a dress?

Yes. You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery, including sale items. Return shipping is free in the US. To exchange, return the item and place a new order for the size or color you want. See our Return & Refund Policy.
